As part of a concentrated investment in the Marketview Heights neighborhood, PathStone Corporation is investing in the renovation and updating of its scattered site rental properties on Weld and Woodward Streets. The newly refurbished properties will be rented to very low-income families. Financing for the renovations is from New York State. The Partnership is providing construction financing.
